🌾🍂 Harvest Festival – EYFS & Year 1 🍂🌾
What a beautiful Harvest Festival celebration led by our wonderful EYFS and Year 1 children! 💛🎶 The children did a fantastic job celebrating the season of harvest and reminding us of the importance of gratitude, kindness, and helping others. 🌻✨
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents and families who joined us to share this special occasion, and to everyone who generously donated food and money to support our Harvest Appeal. 🧺🙏
All food donations will be given to a local food bank to support families in our community, while money donations will go to CAFOD, helping those in need around the world. 🌍💚
We are so grateful for the generosity of our school community. Together, we are living out our school values of love, service, compassion, and justice, putting our faith into action and making a difference to others. 💙💛

🌍💛 Year 4: Faith in Action! 💛🌍
Some of our wonderful Year 4 children have been busy putting their faith into action by organising and running their very own bracelet and book sale! 📚📿✨
The children took responsibility for planning the sale and worked together to raise money for CAFOD as part of our Harvest Appeal. 🌾🙏
We are incredibly proud of their initiative, kindness, and commitment to helping others. What a fantastic example of our school values of love, service, compassion, and justice in action! 💕
A huge thank you to everyone who supported the sale and helped the children make a difference.

🌹🙏 October – The Month of Mary 🙏🌹
As we begin October, we enter a special month in the Catholic Church dedicated to Mary, the Mother of Jesus. 💙✨
Throughout the month, we will take time to learn about Mary, reflect on her life and example, and pray the Rosary together as a school community. 📿🕊️
We pray that, like Mary, we can show faith, kindness, love, and compassion in all that we do. 💛

🥉🌟 We’re Proud to Receive the Bronze School Games Mark! 🌟🥉
We are delighted to have been awarded the Bronze School Games Mark in recognition of our commitment to PE, school sport, and providing opportunities for our pupils to take part in competitive sporting events. 🎉
This award celebrates the enthusiasm, determination, and sportsmanship shown by our children throughout the year as they represented our school in a variety of competitions and festivals. We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved. 👏💙
A huge thank you to AVSSP for their continued support in helping us achieve this award. We are grateful for the opportunities they provide and the encouragement they give our pupils.
We look forward to building on this success and continuing to inspire our children to enjoy being active, challenge themselves, and achieve even more in 2026–27! 🏃♀️⚽🤸♂️

✝️💜 Lent Pilgrimage 💜✝️
This morning, our children took part in a meaningful Lent pilgrimage, learning about the Stations of the Cross and reflecting on this important time in the Church’s year. 🙏✨
They showed such respect and reverence throughout, taking time to listen, reflect, and understand each station.
We are incredibly proud of their behaviour and the thoughtful way they engaged in this special journey of faith. 🌟
